Manini – Sustainable development through livelihood interventions among urbanand rural poor women

The Manini program provides women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds with the opportunity to create sustainable livelihoods. Over 300 women from urban slum and rural communities are engaged in activities that promote self-sustainability. The components of this program include motivational and sensitization meetings, self-help groups, capacity building trainings, entrepreneurship training, tailoring and embroidery trainings, cloth and imitation jewelry training and goat farming.
