Located at Tulsi Nagar, near the dumping yard in LakkadGanj zone of Nagpur city. This program provides life skills education for over 150 adolescent girls and young people. The program was initiated in 2007. The centre also imparts training in tailoring to about 60 young women of the surrounding communities annually. The program was initiated in 2007.

- decision making and relationship skill-building
- library books for the requirements of children, youth and women
- training in tailoring to young women of the surrounding communities
